About Ponte Comm

As our name implies we ‘bridge communications’ by providing the data cabling and computer cabling links in office and commercial environments.

During our 16 year history we have built and developed a strong customer base through the provision of sound technical support and a service delivery which leaves our competitors behind.

Customer feedback

We regularly ask our customers how we perform and if there is anything we can do better.  We believe there is always room to grow and change in response to a changing business environment.

Examples of our recent customer satisfaction survey are:

  • A Network Rail Infrastructure Manager said:  'I am extremely happy and impressed with your operational delivery, and extremely satisfied with the standard of your installations.  Ponte Comm engineers demonstrate a ‘can do attitude’ and their service is excellent.' 
    Commenting on a recently completed large site in Coventry, his two direct reports there have consistently remarked how professional our engineers are – Ponte Comm are the ‘Best Contractors they have ever worked with’
