We regularly ask our customers how we perform and if there is anything we can do better.  We believe there is always room to grow and change in response to a changing business environment.

Examples of our recent customer satisfaction survey are:

• A Network Rail Infrastructure Manager said:  'I am extremely happy and impressed with your operational delivery, and extremely satisfied with the standard of your installations.  Ponte Comm engineers demonstrate a ‘can do attitude’ and their service is excellent.' 
  Commenting on a recently completed large site in Coventry, his two direct reports there have consistently remarked how professional our engineers are – Ponte Comm are the ‘Best Contractors they have ever worked with’. 
• This senior GSK project manager says:  'Ponte Comm’s response to requests for quotes is without problem.  In terms of technical support the response is always absolutely brilliant.  In terms of ‘after sales support’, I never have a problem at all as I know I can ask anyone at the Ponte Comm team.  Over recent years, and especially with the large refurbishment we have just completed, my closeness to Ponte Comm has grown - there are a great number of positives about working with Ponte Comm.  What works to Ponte Comm’s advantage is that they are not too big and they give more of a personal touch.  The engineers are excellent.
• The Telecoms Manager at GSK was extremely complimentary and personally satisfied with our engineers on site.  He says ‘They do a very good job and I get good feedback from my customers on site.  In fact 99.5% of end users give a very satisfied rating to the work the Ponte Comm team do.  Your engineers accept the need for constant change well, and they listen well to what is requested of them.  They score very highly in terms of delivery.'
• Stockley Park Estates say that they can’t fault Ponte Comm at all.  'The Ponte Comm office is always very responsive.  The engineers are always very efficient and cannot be faulted.'  They are very grateful we know what we are doing!
• Uxbridge College’s feedback on our work was 'very positive, no complaints, good work, quick response to quote requests and installations'.
