Ponte Comm is responsible on an ongoing contract basis to maintain and manage the underground cable duct system at Stockley Park. We supervise any new cable pulls within the site and record all cable infrastructure changes.

An excellent reference site for this service would be our work over the last two years with Stockley Park Estates, where we have managed their duct system across the approximately 100 acre  site.

Typical engineering tasks encompass the following:

• Initial full audit of the entire pit and duct system
• Ongoing monitoring of the condition of the ducts
• Reporting defects and maintenance issues to the client
• Way-leave agreements with other cable providers

The administrative aspect of our service can include:

• Itineraries of the contents of each pit and duct
• Records of any spare capacity
• The upkeep of:
  • Schedules
  • Site duct drawings
  • Report sheets for each pit
